Shipping Policy

At Watch Parts Depot, we aim to get your order out quickly, securely, and affordably. Please read below for full details on our shipping procedures, options, and policies.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday–Friday) will ship the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 2:15 PM will ship on the next business day.

  • We ship via USPS and UPS. The shipping option you choose at checkout will determine the carrier and delivery timeframe.

  • Tracking numbers are provided with every order and can be accessed through your account.

Mandatory UPS Ground Shipping

Certain items can only be shipped via UPS Ground, including products containing hazardous materials (such as certain solutions) or lithium batteries. These items may not be available for shipping outside the continental United States.

Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a correction is required by UPS after shipment, a $15.00 address correction fee will apply.

Delivery Options and Carriers

UPS Services (Continental U.S.)

  • Ground: 1–6 business days

  • 3-Day Select: Guaranteed within 3 business days

  • 2nd Day Air: Delivery by end of the second business day

  • Next Day Air: Delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12 p.m., or end of next day (varies by location)

Note: UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required.

USPS Services (Domestic)

  • Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (not guaranteed)

  • Priority Mail Express: Fastest USPS service with delivery to most U.S. addresses

Weight and size limits may restrict USPS use for some products. Larger or restricted items will default to UPS even if USPS is selected.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico

We offer both UPS and USPS shipping options to these locations. Surcharges may apply based on dimensional weight and regional limitations.

International Shipping

We offer international delivery via:

  • UPS Worldwide Express

  • USPS Priority International & Priority Mail Express International

Important Notes:

  • Shipping options depend on destination, product size, and total order value

  • Customs duties, VAT, brokerage, and other fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Delivery can take 2–4 weeks via international postal services

  • USPS First Class International does not provide tracking; it is not recommended for high-value items

  • Packages valued over $2,000 USD are shipped at the buyer's risk. Insurance coverage may be limited

We reserve the right to refuse international orders if product or shipping restrictions apply.

Undeliverable Addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

Missing Items or Package Discrepancies

All shipments are inspected and video recorded at the time of packing. If you believe an item is missing from your order:

  • Notify us within 2 days of receiving your shipment

  • Claims filed after 2 days will not be eligible for review

Holiday Schedule

Our shipping department is closed on the following holidays. Orders placed on these dates will be processed the following business day:

  • New Year's Day (Jan 1)

  • Memorial Day

  • Independence Day (July 4)

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving Day

  • Day After Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Day (Dec 25)
