Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy carefully.


Important: No Returns Without Prior Authorization

All returns must have a valid Return Authorization (RA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. To request an RA, please complete the Return Request Form available at the bottom of our website under the Forms section.


General Return Guidelines

  • Returns must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.

  • Items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition, and include:

    • Original packaging

    • Instruction manuals

    • All accessories

  • Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • No returns will be accepted after 10 days from the invoice date

Items Not Eligible for Return

Final Sale – No Returns Accepted on the following items:

  • Citizen or Seiko Capacitors

  • Movements installed in a watch case before testing

  • Parts or tools that are used, incomplete, or not in original packaging

  • Circuits and Omega parts in sealed manufacturer packaging


Special Return Conditions

Watch Movements

  • Must be tested outside of the watch case before installation.

  • Returns accepted only if:

    • It is within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • We are not responsible for movements that are damaged or found defective after installation.

Equipment & Tools

  • May only be returned if defective upon arrival.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Return shipping labels are not provided.

  • All returns must be packed in a box, not an envelope.

  • The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • Returns that are improperly packaged or arrive damaged are the customer’s responsibility.


Refund Processing

  • Refunds or credits will be issued only after the return has been received and inspected.

  • Items returned as defective but found fully functional will be returned to the customer at their expense.
