What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only. It’s a secure and easy way to pay online. If you don’t have an account, click here to sign up. We do not accept personal checks or money orders. Any mailed orders containing checks or money orders will be shredded and not processed.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it—just contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Why can't I check out or pay for my items?
If you’re experiencing issues during checkout, please double-check your PayPal account or contact our support team for assistance.
Shipping & Delivery
Which carriers do you use?
We ship using USPS and UPS. You’ll be able to choose from several shipping options at checkout based on your location and preferences.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM Pacific Time (Monday–Friday) are usually shipped the same day. Larger or oversized packages may ship the following business day.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes! As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your invoice and order details.
I placed two orders in one day—will they be shipped together?
Whenever possible, we’ll combine multiple orders to help save on shipping costs. If they’re processed separately, they may ship in individual packages.

Do you match prices?
We do not offer price matching. However, we strive to offer the best possible prices for the quality and reliability of our products.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
If a product is visible on our website, it’s generally in stock. For specific inquiries, feel free to contact us with the product reference number and desired quantity—we’ll get back to you promptly during business hours.
Why can’t I find an item I’ve purchased before?
If a product no longer appears on our site, it may be out of stock or discontinued. Reach out to us with the product info, and we’ll be happy to check for availability or suggest an alternative.
Can I special order an item that’s not listed?
If it's not listed on our site, it's likely not part of our inventory and not available for special order.

Do I need to register to place an order?
No registration is required to shop with us. Just add your items to the cart and check out using PayPal.
I forgot my password. What should I do?

Our website is the most accurate and up-to-date resource for our full product line. However, you can request a print copy of an older catalog during checkout, and we’ll include it with your order (while supplies last).
Do you repair watches?
We do not offer watch repair services. Our focus is on supplying quality watch parts, tools, and accessories.
